CHVRCHES, The Horrors, Warpaint To Play Mercury Prize Sessions

In the lead up to this year’s Mercury Prize, details have been announced for this year’s Barclaycard Mercury Prize Sessions. Airing on Channel 4 this June and presented by Alice Levine, the 45-minute episodes are set to host a big list of guests, going beyond those eligible for a Mercury Prize come autumn.

Running separate to the Barclaycard Mercury Prize ‘Albums Of The Year’, the sessions are filmed at the Hospital Club Studios in London’s Covent Garden. The episodes begin on 14th May with Metronomy, CHVRCHES and Angel Haze and go on to span until 11th June. Guests include Little Dragon, Bombay Bicycle Club and Warpaint.
