Clams Casino and Kelela team up for ‘A Breath Away’
Track is lifted from the producer’s debut album ’32 Levels’.
Next month, Michael Volpe puts years of big name collaborations to good use by releasing his debut Clams Casino album.
’32 Levels’ is set to feature guest sports from Vince Staples, Alt-J’s Joe Newman, Lil B, Future Islands’ Samuel T. Herring and Mikky Ekko. A wide berth, then. New song ‘A Breath Away’ sees him working with Kelela, her signature R&B being a smart match for scattered drums and crystalline synths.
The track is streaming over on NPR.
Clams Casino plays the following U.S. shows next month, with a brand new London show also announced for August. ’32 Levels’ is out 15th July.
