Clap Your Hands Say Yeah Announce New Album, ‘Only Run’

, blog darlings of the mid-00s, have announced a return with new album ‘Only Run’. The record is headed up by a new track featuring New York-resident Matt Berninger from The National.
New album ‘Only Run’ is released on 2nd June through Xtra Mile Recordings. Alec Ounsworth and co.’s last album was ‘Hysterical’, which came out in 2011 following on from a breakthrough self-titled debut and 2007’s ‘Some Like Thunder’.
‘Coming Down’ actually ends up something like a cross between The National’s moody triumphalism and The Killers’ stadium-ready intentions. Matt Berninger’s near spoken word contribution appears in the closing section.
