Courtney Barnett, Mac Demarco among first names for Roskilde 2016
Action Bronson, Ho99o9 and more also set for Danish bash.
Roskilde Festival has announced its first set of names for next year’s festival, hosting Courtney Barnett, Mac Demarco, Action Bronson and more.
The Danish event, which will take place from 27th June-4th July, and Sleaford Mods are also among the first set of ten names for the (long) weekender.
Last year’s Roskilde was headlined by the likes of Florence & The Machine, Disclosure, Muse, Kendrick Lamar and Paul McCartney, and the festival are encouraging fans to let the bookers know who they want to play next year via an online form. Submit your requests on the festival’s website 23rd October, and read the DIY review of Roskilde 2015 here.
Courtney Barnett this week announced a deluxe version of her debut album ‘Sometimes I Sit And Think, And Sometimes I Just Sit’, and looks set to continue its huge tour well into 2016.
