Courtney Barnett has offered up another taste of her forthcoming third album, in the form of ‘Write A List of Things to Look Forward To’.
The track gets taken from the Aussie songwriter’s new album ‘Things Take Time, Take Time’, which is due out on 12th November via Marathon Artists.
Inspired by a phrase that Courtney’s friend would offer up in times of need, the song helps to celebrate the smaller victories in life. I found a deeper communication with people in my life – deeper conversations,” Courtney said, of this new phase. “And a new level of gratitude for friendships that had been there for so long that I had maybe taken for granted”.
The track comes complete with a warm video by Christina Xing, which you can watch below.
