Creeper record Maida Vale session for Radio 1 Rock Show
The Class Of 2016 stars laid down four tracks, including a Roxy Music cover
Hot off the back of their Class Of 2016 inclusion, Creeper took to Radio 1 last night as the Rock Show broadcast a session the Southampton punks recorded at Maida Vale earlier this year.
The gloomy quartet took to the prestigious studio in support of their ‘The Callous Heart’ EP, performing ‘The Honeymoon Suite’ and ‘Black Cloud’ from that release, ‘VCR’ from their self-titled debut EP, and a cover of Roxy Music’s ‘Love Is The Drug’ - a track frontman Will Gould dedicated to his mum and dad. “I had some trouble singing today,” claims Will Gould in the interview segment between tracks, which seems like a great big fib, tbh. Listen for yourself below.
