Creeper give another taste of upcoming ‘Sanguivore’ sequel with ‘Prey For The Night’

The LP is centred around a British rock band on tour in the US, amidst the 1980s ‘Satanic Panic’…

Creeper unveil latest 'Sanguivore II: Mistress Of Death' single 'Prey For The Night'

Following on from a brace of bloodthirsty recent singles - ‘Headstones’ and ‘Blood Magick (It’s A Ritual)’ - Creeper have continued to whet appetites for their incoming new album with latest track ‘Prey For The Night’.

The third single to be lifted from next LP ‘Sanguivore II: Mistress Of Death’ (which lands on Halloween, obviously), this new cut is every bit as big as we’ve come to expect from the band - think ’80s rock riffs, theatrical vocals, and an unfailing commitment to concept.

Speaking of: the sequel-of-sorts to 2023’s ‘Sanguivore’, Creeper’s upcoming record will follow the story of a British band touring America in the ’80s, right as the ‘Satanic Panic’ of that decade reached fever pitch. As the bodies pile up, the band find themselves being pursued - by none other than a fabled hunter, the Mistress of Death.  And, if that’s not tantalising enough, the album is also bookended with scene-setting narratives, courtesy of Sisters Of Mercy and The Damned’s Patricia Morrison.

Get up to date on Creeper’s story so far and listen to ‘Prey For The Night’ for yourself below.
