Crystal Antlers Announce New Album, ‘Nothing Is Real’

The full-length is due later this year.

Crystal Antlers have announced details of a new album, the follow up to 2011’s ‘Two-Way Mirror’. The trio - fronted by singer / bassist Johnny Bell - have signed with Innovative Leisure for the 14th October release.

“We’ve always played different music we didn’t necessarily put on record,” Bell says. “But with each album, we’ve tried to figure out ways to include more of our whole selves in the recordings, while still keeping things cohesive.

‘And from growing up in punk bands, there always needs to be that little element of something that might piss someone off. We might be using a drum machine—but we’re gonna use it completely the wrong way.’

The first single will be ‘Rattlesnake’, available on picture disc with B-side ‘California’ from 24th September.
