D’Angelo to play intimate London Roundhouse show
New date in July follows two sold out shows in the capital
D’Angelo has announced details of a special “up close and personnel’ concert to take place at London’s Roundhouse in July.
The new date will take place on 13th July, with D’Angelo and The Vanguard returning to the capital following two sell-out dates in February at the Hammersmith Eventim Apollo. Tickets for the event go on sale Friday 17th April at the Roundhouse website, priced at £45.
In late 2014, D’Angelo released his third album ‘Black Messiah’, his first album in 14 years which was prompted by the Ferguson verdicts, in which a police officer was found not guilty of killing Michael Brown.
‘Black Messiah’ is out now via RCA. For further information on D’Angelo’s intimate London date, head to the Roundhouse website here.
