Dave Grohl, Nine Inch Nails, QOTSA, Lindsey Buckingham To Close 2014 Grammys
An all-star rock cast closes the Los Angeles ceremony on 26th January.

This year’s Grammy Awards looked to have hit its all-star surprises quota too early, but it’s announced one more zinger in the form of its closing act.
The Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl, Nine Inch Nails, Queens of the Stone Age and Fleetwood Mac’s Lindsey Buckingham are all set to be involved in some form, together, for an extravagant final performance on the night. Details haven’t been confirmed as to what it’ll involve, but considering the regular collaborations that occur between Grohl and QOTSA especially, there could be some kind of almighty supergroup show. Anything could happen. Grohl’s been involved in Nine Inch Nails’ ‘With Teeth’ and more recently, QOTSA’s ‘Like Clockwork…’; his role in all of this is pivotal, as SPIN notes.
On top of this, the ceremony’s already confirmed appearances from Daft Punk (their first live show for several years), a reunion between Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, Jay Z and Beyonce, Lorde, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift and Metallica.
The Staples Center in Los Angeles hosts the Grammys on January 26th. UK channel 4Music is set to air the ceremony on the night.
