Foo Fighters drop latest scorcher ‘Caught In The Echo’

Foo Fighters have offered up another blistering preview of ‘Your Favorite Toy’ - the Seattle rockers’ 12th studio album, due out on 24th April via Roswell Records/Columbia Records - in the form of ‘Caught In The Echo’, the record’s opening number. 

To herald the track’s arrival, residents of the San Fernando Valley, California, were treated to an unexpected scavenger hunt as 20 personally-burned CDs of the single - each featuring unique artwork hand drawn by Dave and Harper Grohl - were hidden around everyday locations in the area, from record shops to grocery stores. 

‘Caught In The Echo’ follows in the wake of 2025’s ‘Asking For A Friend’ and the LP’s title track to be the third single shared, and is an eviscerating four-minute bundle of furious energy which a lucky few were able to witness when the band played a trio of surprise underplay shows in London, Manchester, and Dublin last month.

The Foos are due to return to the UK in June for a two-night stint at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium as part of their massive Take Cover global tour, which, conveniently, ‘Your Favorite Toy’ lands right in the middle of. How’s that for timing, eh?
