Hear Death By Shotgun’s supremely catchy new EP ‘Good Times//Sad Times’

Last week, we shared Bournemouth quartet Death By Shotgun’s new single ‘Broken Bottle’ as our Neu Pick.

The song is taken from the band’s second EP ‘Good Times//Sad Times’, out tomorrow (19th October) via Beth Shalom Records, and we’re now streaming the whole thing a day in advance.

Wonderfully British punk-pop in the vein of Muncie Girls, the record has a suitable title - it tackles the ups and downs with equal weight, all set over brilliantly catchy, upbeat tunes that prioritise melody with choruses bursting out of every track.

First track ‘Lines’ is the EP’s catchiest track, while ‘Find The Time’ strips things back to just an acoustic guitar, pushing confessional lyrics to the forefront.
