Death Cab For Cutie Are Teasing Their New Album

Death Cab For Cutie are back! The band have released a teaser trailer for their eighth album, soundtracked by new music. In the video, a camera pans through a forest before ending on a shot of the band with the caption ‘August 2018’, which we can only assume is when we’ll finally get our hands on the new record.

Their last album, ‘Kintsugi’, was released in 2015. Last year they released audio footage of their first gig, in aid of charity, which took place in hometown Bellington, Washington on 22nd November 1997.

The band have also announced tour dates for both Europe and the US, including a date at Robert Smith’s Meltdown at the Southbank Centre in London. Check out the tour dates and teaser video below.
