Tour
Demob Happy announce UK and European tour
The dates will follow the release of new album ‘Divine Machines’.
Demob Happy have shared details of an extensive tour across the UK and Europe for September and October. See the full list of shows below.
The tour will follow the release of the trio’s upcoming third album ‘Divine Machines’, which comes out on 26th May via Liberator Music. There will also be a string of album release shows in the UK in May.
The band have already shared ‘Voodoo Science’ from the album, as well as ‘Run Baby Run’.
Speaking about the inspiration for the album, vocalist Matthew Marcantonio has said: “I really see what’s happening to the human race as a moment in a hero’s journey. We’re at the point in the James Bond film where the villains reveal themselves and tell us the plan. We’ve got Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, these absolute supervillains with their rockets doing whatever the fuck they want, and software guru Bill Gates buying vast swathes of farmland for who knows what. They’re all revealing their plans to humanity and we’re all still going, ‘I hope they’re the good guys!’”
