More details about Spoon’s new album ‘Hot Thoughts’ have been revealed

Info briefly appeared on the Matador webstore, including the track-listing.

After confirming that their new album ‘Hot Thoughts’ would probably be out in March, more details have come out about Spoon’s new album.

The Indieheads Reddit page noted that the Matador web store was listing ‘Hot Thoughts’ for a while, which gave the release date of 17th March and a full track-listing. They also gave new details of the 10-track collection, which has been produced by Dave Fridmann and features ‘Can I Sit Next To You’ and ‘Do I Have To Talk You Into It’, two tracks that the band played at a recent secret show in Austin. The cover art is also a slight variation on the skull image the band posted across their social media channels last year.

The listing has since been removed from the webstore, but at least we know a little bit more about what to expect from this hot potato.

Check out the track-listing and revisit ‘Do You’ from ‘They Want My Soul’ below.
