Ducktails announces new album, ‘Jersey Devil’

Matt Mondanile is releasing another album under the Ducktails moniker this autumn, announcing ‘Jersey Devil’ will be out on 6th October.

The album - his sixth - was begun before his departure from Real Estate in Los Angeles, and finished in his mother’s basement back in New Jersey. Hence the title, one would assume.

“Everything felt right: the mini mall across the street, the stock brokers walking their dogs, and the sweet summer smell in the air,” he says about the final days of work on the record.
