EZTV share new track ‘Soft Tension’ from their debut album ‘Calling Out’

EZTV have previewed a new track featured on their debut album ‘Calling Out’.

The new track, titled ‘Soft Tension’ comes ahead of the Brooklyn-based band’s first full-length on Captured Tracks, released on 10th July, and recorded by Jarvis Taveniere (Woods). ‘Soft Tension’ follows the recently shared ‘Trampoline’, ‘The Light’, and ‘Dust In The Sky’, which served as the lead single for the album.

‘Soft Tension’ is shaped by sweet backing harmonies and Ezra Tenenbaum’s lead crooning, and melodies in unison that creates a strong body of guitar-pop. In line with fellow NYC group Public Access T.V., it’s another simple impression from EZTV, who could easily prick up the ears of Wes Anderson if he wanted to soundtrack a new version of The Royal Tenenbaums.
