Farao shares new track ‘Hunter’, confirms debut album for 2015
The Norwegian will play a date in London at the end of May.

Norwegian-born, London-based artist Farao has shared a new single, ‘Hunter’, the lead track from her upcoming debut album.
Posting through her official Facebook page, Farao confirmed an album will be released at some point in 2015, via Full Time Hobby (in UK/Europe) and Arts & Crafts (in North America). The album was produced by Mike Lindsay (Tuung) in Iceland, where Farao has spent the year writing and recording. Andrew Scheps - who won a Grammy for Beck’s ‘Morning Phase’ at this year’s awards - was responsible for mixing the long-player.
‘Hunter’ is the first new material since Farao released her self-titled EP in early 2014. A brighter affair compared to her previous release, it exhibits a bigger sound to compliment Kari Jahsen’s fractured and ethereal vocals, carried along by the swell of a brassy finale.
Farao will play at London’s Sebright Arms on 26th May, with tickets on sale now. For further details and availability, click here.

Festival special! Featuring Wolf Alice, Kasabian, Lykke Li, Marmozets, Genesis Owusu and more.
