Father John Misty airs ‘Bored in the USA’ from new album on Letterman

Last night, J. Tillman aka Father John Misty announced his new album via a premiere on The Late Show With David Letterman.

The Sub Pop signing took to television to perform ‘Bored in the USA’, the first cut from his new album ‘I Love You, Honeybear’. It’s out 10th February in the US via Sub Pop - UK details TBC.

His performance was backed by a 17-part orchestra, with the song itself getting by on the mantra “I can kind of deal, with being bored in the USA.”
