Father John Misty previewed his new album in Seattle this weekend
Three new’uns from his ‘I Love You, Honeybear’ follow up were unveiled.
At a Seattle benefit show this weekend, Father John Misty previewed a bunch of new material from an incoming album.
The eight song set, performed in aid of Seattle Children’s Hospital, saw Josh Tillman run through three previously unheard tracks to open the show, titled ‘Pure Comedy’, ‘When the God of Love’ and ‘Two Wildly Different’ on the setlist. He also gave airings to ‘Holy Hell’ - a new track revealed last month - and ‘Leaving LA’, which was performed over the summer.
According to a Reddit user who claims to have been present at the show, Tillman also confirmed that the new Father John Misty record is finished. Which is great stuff.
