Florence + The Machine confirm new album ‘Everybody Scream’, shares title track
You could say the LP’s Halloween release date is scarily apt…

Florence Welch has announced that the next Florence + The Machine album will be entitled ‘Everybody Scream’ and will hit shelves on 31st October - a date that seems entirely appropriate for the record’s gloriously gothic visual aesthetic.
Since appearing on stage at Glastonbury with The Maccabees to perform spine-tingling renditions of ‘Love You Better’ and ‘Dog Days Are Over’, Florence has spent the summer teasing a new chapter via a series of cryptic social media posts, the captions of which include ‘Toil and trouble’, ‘Drink Deep’, and the hyacinth emoji - hints of upcoming track titles, perhaps?
Now - after teasing with a series of video snippets posted to her Instagram last week - she’s officially shares its lead single, and title track, alongside an accompanying video directed by Autumn De Wilde, and featuring collaborator Mark Bowen of IDLES. Watch the video below.
‘Everybody Scream’ will be Florence + The Machine’s sixth studio album, and their first since 2022’s ‘Dance Fever’. Revisit our review of that standout outing and check out the album cover of their newest offering below.
