Foo Fighters Top Album Chart, End Adele Run

Foo Fighters have brought Adele’s record breaking eleven week chart reign to an end, as their new album ‘Wasting Light’ entered the UK Album Chart at Number One.

Adele’s ‘21’ drops one place to Number Two, with her debut album ‘19’ at Number 3.

Elsewhere in the chart Metronomy’s ‘The English Riviera’ enters at Number 28, with TV On The Radio’s ‘Nine Types Of Light’ at Number 33.

In the singles chart, Lady Gaga’s ‘Judas’ - only released on Friday - entered at Number 14, with Arctic Monkeys’ ‘Don’t Sit Down ‘Cause I’ve Moved Your Chair’ at Number 28.
