Foster The People Announce ‘Supermodel’ LP, Stream ‘Coming Of Age’
Follow-up to ‘Torches’ arrives in March 2014 - stream the lead track now.
Anthem-makers Foster The People have announced details of their ‘polarising’ new LP as well as streaming its lead track, ‘Coming Of Age’.
‘Supermodel’ is released via Columbia on 13th March. The record’s been declared to be ‘organic and human’ compared to 2011 predecessor ‘Torches’. In actual fact, it ‘feels like a coming of age’ if this song’s anything to go by. The track channels My Morning Jacket in spinning big, arena-ready charms out of relatively pop-oriented songwriting. Clever stuff, and also completely destined for festivals.
