Frances takes stirring first step with debut track ‘Grow’
Communion are releasing the Newbury songwriter’s first EP this July.
Here’s what we know about 21-year-old songwriter Frances: She pens direct, straight-to-the-gut, piano-led pop songs. She doesn’t bother with unnecessary frills and she never attaches any pointless strings. And on her debut track ‘Grow’, she’s paving the way for a hugely successful future.
The track appears on Frances’ debut EP of the same name, out 10th July on Communion Records. Songwriters can spend years trying to find the holy grail of heart-stopping, emotional pop, and Frances looks to have found that territory with her first step.
After a first play on Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show last night, we’re premiering ‘Grow’ below.
EP tracklist:
1. Grow
2. When It Comes To Us (ft. Ritual)
3. A Million Lines
4. Red Thunder (live demo)
