Fräulein drop track ‘Brand New’ & announce EP ‘Pedestal’

Grunge duo Fräulein have dropped their latest track ‘Brand New’ and announced further details of their upcoming EP, ‘Pedestal’. ‘Pedestal’, the follow up to 2022’s ‘A Small Taste’, will be released 30th June via Submarine Cat Records. ‘Brand New’ is the second teaser of the EP, following on from February’s lead single ‘Pet’. “Brand New’ is sort of the culmination of the entirety of the EP, which is why it’s the closing track” explains vocalist/guitarist Joni Samuels. “It’s a song about trying to shed all of the negativity and low thoughts explored in the first half of the EP, trying to start fresh and just express yourself. But with that comes some sacrifices too - it’s a song about putting yourself out there, barefaced and real”. Check out ‘Brand New’ below.
