Fred again.. announces new album 'ten days'

Dance music’s mainstream crossover sensation Fred again.. has confirmed that his next album, ‘ten days’, will be released on 6th September, with vinyl copies to follow on 25th October.

Taking to Instagram to share the news, Fred has explained that the record is “ten songs about ten days. there’s been a lot of biggg mad crazy moments in the last year but basically all of these are about really very small quiet intimate moments. some of them are like the most intensely joyful things i have felt, and some of them are the other side of things.”

The new LP is set to be a markedly collaborative affair, with contributions coming courtesy of Obongjayar (on the previously released ‘adore u’), Jozzy, Jim Legxacy, Sampha, SOAK, Anderson .Paak, CHIKA, Duskus, Four Tet, Skrillex, Joy Anonymous, Emmy Lou Harris, The Japanese House and Scott Hardkiss.

‘ten days’ will act as a follow up to this year’s recent collab record ‘USB’, and comes after he performed a surprise ambient set at Glasto in June and an intimate set with The Japanese House in a Somerset pub last month.
