Gengahr reveal video for ‘Powder’
The London band release a weird, David Lynchy video for ‘Powder’ complete with creepy doll.
Gengahr have revealed a new video for their latest single, ‘Powder’, out on 27th October via Transgressive Records.
With rocking horses, a strange seance, and plenty of creepy symbolism lifted straight from the David Lynch Imagery Handbook, surreal Soap Opera is the order of the day. There’s even a standard issue legal statement at the beginning: “all characters appearing in this work are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.”
This video should also come with a disclaimer. If anybody has any fear of porcelain dolls, no matter how slight, they should be warned, the one in this video is terrifying.
