Glassjaw & Andrew WK Get Added To Hevy Festival

Hevy Festival have announced an array of new additions, including the likes of the almighty Glassjaw and Andrew WK.

The latest wave of acts to be confirmed for this year’s alternative festival are: Glassjaw, Andrew WK, Meshuggah, Madball, Norma Jean, War From A Harlots Mouth, Lemuria, Bleed From Within, Feed The Rhino, The James Cleaver Quintet, Mallory Knox, Campus, Hawk Eyes, Mixtapes and The Bots.

Glassjaw will be making their festival appearance at Hevy, following the cancellation of this year’s Sonisphere Festival. 

They join the likes of The Descendants, Converge, Will Haven, Verse, Trapped Under Ice and Pianos Become The Teeth, who have already been confirmed to appear.

Other bands confirmed to play are Municipal Waste, Balance & Composure, H2O, This Is Hell, Rolo Tomassi, Shai Hulud, Listener, Rise And Fall, Devil Sold His Soul, The Safety Fire, Reign Supreme, Seahaven, Marmozets, The Social Club, &U&I, Veils, Blacklisters and Attack! Vipers!

Hevy Festival 2012 will take place on the 3rd to the 6th August at Port Lympne Animal Park, Kent. Tickets are priced at £96 for the weekend and can be bought here.
