Gold Class go live in the video for ‘Get Yours’

With their album ‘Drum’ set to come out on 18th August (that’s one week today!) Australian post-punks have unveiled one last taste of what to expect from the collection.

‘Get Some’ is once again a fiery blast of riffs and gothic vocals from singer Adam Curley. He says of the track: “‘Get Yours’ was the first of the lyrics I wrote for the album. It’s fairly clearly a break-up song, about wanting someone to come back for you, to not leave you in the dust. But I think I was looking for something in myself that knew it was ok to be in the dust, too”.

The track is accompanied by a video directed by Defero Productions, and was filmed at a recent sold-out show at the Corner Hotel in Melbourne, giving an insight into the intensity of their live shows.

Fancy experiencing that live intensity in real life though? Well, Gold Class are also set to perform at a one-off gig in London next month. They’ll be playing at the Moth Club on 26th September and tickets are on sale now.
