Grimes posts ‘rehearsal’ snippet, potentially ‘new music’

Obviously nothing at all can be judged from a tiny snippet online, and the existence of both “bleeps” and “bloops” on anything musical from the mind of Claire Boucher would be of surprise to literally nobody, but Grimes posted a rehearsal clip earlier which appears to be new and musical.

New album ‘Art Angels’ is coming out early next month, with lead single ‘Flesh Without Blood’ due on 26th October.

She appears at Beach Goth this weekend, a festival in California which also hosts sets from the mixed bunch that is FIDLAR, Julian Casablancas + The Voidz, Warpaint, Touché Amoré and Wanda Jackson - and more, before heading out on a string of US tour dates.
