Hinds share new track, ‘Chili Town’

Madrid four-piece Hinds have shared their first ever “winner song”, the suitably triumphant ‘Chili Town’.

The track is taken from their debut album, due out via Lucky Number (Europe) and Mom + Pop (North America), and it’s resolutely in line with a scrappy aesthetic that defines their recordings - the difference this time is that Hinds are the victors in a head-to-head situation.

Explaining the song, Hinds say: “While drinking sangria we realized that if our songs were battles, we’ll always end up being the injured soldier. Then we were like “fuck it dude, why are we always the weak one in our lyrics??? what’s wrong with us???” so yeaaaaahhh we made it! we wrote a winner song.”
