Interpol’s Paul Banks Announces Solo EP Release
‘Julian Plenti Lives…’ will be released on the 11th June.

Paul Banks of Interpol has unveiled details surrounding the release of his forthcoming solo EP.
Titled ‘Julian Plenti Lives…’, the five-track follows up from 2009’s ‘Julian Plenti is… Skyscraper’ and looks set to precede a full-length album, which is anticipated to be released later this year.
The release also marks the first time that the Interpol frontman has used his own name.
The EP will be released on a limited edition run of 1,500 CD and 2,300 vinyl, along with digital download.
‘Julian Plenti Lives…’ features several covers, including a version of Frank Sinatra’s ‘I’m a Fool To Want You’, and the tracklisting is as follows.
1. Perimeter Deactivated (The Running Man theme cover - Harold Faltermeyer)
2. Summertime is Coming
3. Mythsysizer (J Dilla cover)
4. I’m a Fool To Want You (Frank Sinatra cover)
5. Cavern Worship
Interpol released their latest album, a self-titled effort, in 2010.
