It looks like CHVRCHES will be unveiling new material tonight

Following on from yesterday’s cryptic teaser video, it looks like Chvrches will be unveiling new material tonight - their first from forthcoming LP3.

Taking to Twitter, the band posted the words ‘@BBCR1 7.30pm GMT’ alongside a fuzzy clip featuring a simple, sparse beat. It doesn’t take a genius, let’s face it, to decode the tweet as meaning that the band will be sharing a new single on Radio 1 this evening.

The track will be their first new music since 2015’s ‘Every Open Eye’ and comes after several summer 2018 festival announcements for the band, including NOS Alive, TRNSMT, Primavera and Governors Ball.
