Sometimes I sit and lift...
It’s official - President Obama works out to Courtney Barnett
He’s shared a new workout playlist.
President Obama’s music taste has surprised us at every turn recently. First, he revealed that Kendrick Lamar’s ‘How Much A Dollar Cost’ was his favourite song of 2015, before sharing a summer playlist featuring the likes of Courtney Barnett and Chance The Rapper.
Obama has now, obviously, shared a new workout playlist, which also features the Aussie. Guest editing the new issue of Wired, the President picked ten tracks he likes to lift weights to, because why not.
Along with Barnett’s ‘Elevator Operator’, Beyoncé appears with ‘Get Me Bodied’ and there’s room for ‘Emergency’ by Icona Pop. Oh to be a fly on the wall of that gym.
