Jack White Has ‘Another 12 Songs’ That Are Unfinished
Jack White released his debut solo album ‘Blunderbuss’ on Monday 23rd April.

Jack White recently spoke to BBC Radio 1 about the amount of material he prepared prior to the release of ‘Blunderbuss’.
Admitting that he had written enough tracks for a second album’s worth of material, he told Zane Lowe: ‘We had enough for an album at one point, but I just kept going…I’ve got another 12 songs that I haven’t finished yet.’ (via NME.com)
He also addressed the subject of remaining tracks from other projects - including The White Stripes and The Raconteurs - and how they are able to used within his future solo work: ‘There’s songs that White Stripes never really played live, or Raconteurs never really got that into, or songs that I brought to the table in a band - songs like ‘Buffalo’ - and now I can elaborate on them.’
Earlier this week, it was revealed that Jack White would begin work on the soundtrack to Disney’s ‘The Lone Ranger’.
Speaking of White’s latest musical project, producer Jerry Bruckheimer said: ‘Jack’s an amazing songwriter with a unique style. We’re thrilled to hear his fresh take on the William Tell Overture.”
