Jessie Ware shares video for ‘Champagne Kisses’
New single from ‘Tough Love’ will be released in March.
Jessie Ware has shared a video for ‘Champagne Kisses’, taken from her recent album ‘Tough Love’, released last year on PMR/Island Records.
The video is directed by Chris Sweeney, who transforms Ware’s love song into a surreal and colourful visual. Ware stars in the clip, at first in a waiting room watching herself on television before she begins to morph into something more fantastical. Her neck stretches, her hair grows towards a conjoined twin and then eventually her lower half alters into a wooden box with rickety legs. There’s no resolution as the images continue to repeat themselves, additional shots of pills and a golden telephone making the video a bizarre exhibition of affection.
‘Champagne Kisses’ has been confirmed as the next single, which is out on 23rd March.
