Jessie Ware unveils ‘Say You Love Me’ video
Ed Sheeran-penned highlight from ‘Tough Love’ has a fluttering, bird-filled new clip.
Jessie Ware has unveiled the video for ‘Say You Love Me’, a standout ballad on her forthcoming second record ‘Tough Love’.
The song’s co-written with Ed Sheeran, and it’s two of three tracks to have been lifted so far from the October release. We’ve also heard the title-track and ‘Want Your Feeling’, which features Dev Hynes.
‘Say You Love Me’’s video is directed by Luke White and Remi Weekes, who go by the names of the Tell No One production team. Ware remains a static figures singing from a rock, placed in the middle of a spacious room. The only things she has for company is a small flock of tiny CGI birds. It’s surreal, in a subtle way, but it’s also a striking, beautiful addition to the track.
‘Tough Love’ is out 6th October on PMR / Island.
