Kelela announces new EP and shares new track ‘A Message’
Arca-produced single previews May’s ‘Hallucinogen’ EP.
Los Angeles based artist Kelela has announced the release of a new EP titled ‘Hallucinogen’, sharing the lead single ‘A Message’. Kelela’s six-track EP will be released by Fade To Mind on 5th May, preceding a debut album tentatively scheduled for a late 2015 release.
‘A Message’ has been shared via an arresting and vibrant video directed by Daniel Sannwald. Co-written with Arca (who produced the track with Boots), Kelela states that the single represents “the stage that comes before lust, the darker realisation of love; the “rejection and amputation.”
