Kelly Lee Owens has remixed St Vincent’s ‘New York’
The ‘MASSEDUCTION’ track has been given a new spin.

St Vincent’s track ‘New York’ was one of the most striking moments of last year, and it’s now been given a new remix by Kelly Lee Owens.
The Welsh producer has moulded the lovelorn ballad into a sticky, propulsive bop, slicing up Annie Clark’s vocals behind an incessant, spiky beat.
“There’s often a gap between what people want, and what people say they want,” Annie told us of ‘MASSEDUCTION’ during our October 2017 cover feature with the singer.
“Exploring that kind of power, the seduction that it - be it love, sex, drugs – poses. Staring into the void, staring at the black hole, and wondering how close you can get to it before it sucks you in… It’s dangerous, and danger is sexy.”
