Kendrick Lamar, Mumford & Sons to appear on new series of Later.. with Jools Holland

Kendrick Lamar is set to make his first UK televised appearance on a new series of Later… with Jools Holland.

The ‘To Pimp a Butterfly’ rapper topped the charts in the UK with his early album release, last month. He’ll appear on a 21st April edition on BBC Two, joined by Mumford & Sons, George Clinton and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds.

This is the second line-up to be revealed from a new series of Jools. The first episode of a new series - airing 14th April - will feature performances from Blur, Laura Marling and The Vaccines. The full Jools schedule is yet to be revealed.

As always, a half-hour live version of Jools will air at 10pm every Tuesday, with an extended edition airing on Fridays.
