The Big Moon return to share plans for fourth album ‘Forever’
The beloved indie quartet have also dropped its euphoric lead single and announced a UK headline tour.

The Big Moon are back! Four years after their last album - 2022’s ‘Here Is Everything’ - the band have confirmed that a fourth LP, entitled ‘Forever’, will be landing on 30th October via Fiction Records.
The ten-track record promises to be a beautiful, bittersweet exploration of the passage of time and new horizons, grappling as it does with life’s fragility, the constant of change, and “what’s left when you’ve already checked off many of the major milestones”.
Born out of a period of upheaval for frontwoman Juliette Jackson, after she was diagnosed with a cholesteatoma – a benign but destructive eardrum cyst - ‘Forever’ sees the indie quartet striving for happiness as a means of survival. As Jules explains: “I permanently lost most of the hearing on one side, which was pretty much existential, because writing songs is my job and my identity.
“I just decided to write songs for this imaginary time, one or two years in the future, when I would be all healed and happy again. I didn’t know if I would ever get to that point but, by projecting and almost tricking myself into it, it actually became a really nice way of writing.”
Leading the charge is new single ‘Gravity’ - an anthemic, irrepressibly buoyant offering inspired by the unbreakable bond between Jules and her son. Check it out here:

2. Three Things
