Kero Kero Bonito have covered ‘Rock’n’Roll Star’ by Oasis and it’s absurd and brilliant

Of all the things we expected to be writing today, this certainly isn’t one of them. Kero Kero Bonito - you know, everyone’s favourite hyper-active, animal loving pop stars - have covered ‘Rock’n’Roll Star’ by Oasis - you know, everyone’s favourite lad rockers who couldn’t be further away from KKB if they tried - and it’s absolutely wonderful.

The very unlikely cover comes as part of ‘Covered In Gloria’, a new covers compilation from DEEK Recordings. Released next week (8th September), the release also features the likes of Sean Nicholas Savage and ALASKALASKA, with the latter covering Edwyn Collins classic ‘A Girl Like You’.
