King Princess offers up latest 'Girl Violence' cut 'Girls'

As the release of her new album draws ever closer, King Princess has offered up another taste of what to expect from ‘Girl Violence’.

Not quite its title track, her latest track ‘Girls’ tells an epic story of desire, weakness, and trying not to cave in to a toxic relationship. The track gets lifted from her forthcoming third album, which is due for release on 12th September via section1, and has already been previewed through recent singles ‘RIP KP’ and ‘Cry Cry Cry’. The album has seen her collaborate with Jake Portrait (Lil Yachty, Alex G, Unknown Mortal Orchestra) and Aire Atlantica (breakthrough: SZA’s ‘Low’), and is set to be thirteen tracks in length.

And if that’s not enough to celebrate, Mikaela has also announced details of a very special tattoo flash day, to coincide with the album’s release. She’ll team up with a series of all tattoo shops - all run by women and/or members of the LGBTQ+ community - across the world for the flash tattoo event on Saturday 13th September. Each shop are set to a selection of custom flash sheets inspired by the album, while anyone who gets tattooed will be entered into a special raffle to win everything from signed prints, merch and guestlist to future King Princess shows. Head here for more information.
