Lana Del Rey has been working with Mark Ronson on new material
‘Uptown Funk’ producer is helping out on ‘Honeymoon’.
Lana Del Rey is reported to be working with Mark Ronson on material for her new album.
Speaking to Interview Magazine, the ‘Uptown Funk’ producer revealed his involvement, saying: “I’m going to do some recording with Lana Del Rey today and tomorrow. I found this cool old studio out here [in Los Angeles].”
He added: “She has some songs and I said I had some demo ideas, and if they are any good, then maybe she’ll like them and we’ll go from there.”
Believed to be called ‘Honeymoon’, the new release is due out later this year, following from 2014 LP ‘Ultraviolence’. Earlier this year, she claimed that nine tracks had been written.
This summer, Lana Del Rey will tour North America with Grimes, on the ‘Endless Summer Tour’.
