Arlo Parks unveils new single ‘Caroline’
It’s the latest gorgeous teaser of her highly-anticipated debut album.
With her debut album ‘Collapsed In Sunbeams’ destined to wow when it arrives on 29th January, Arlo Parks is giving us the latest glimpse of what we can expect, unveiling new single ‘Caroline’.
“‘Caroline’ is an exercise in people watching and seeing situations unfold without context,” Arlo explains. “It’s an exploration of how something once full of healthy passion can dissolve in an instant.”
“I feel like my aim is to make the hyper-subjective feel universal; for people to feel immersed in my world, but also be able to see themselves in every song,” she told us in October, “so I can talk about something that feels very personal to me but it will remind them of a time in their lives or a person and they still feel connected to it - that’s always been my mission statement, as it were.”
