Listen: Axxa/Abraxas Announces Debut Album, Streams ‘I Almost Fell’

Athens-based musician Ben Asbury has signed to Captured Tracks (Mac DeMarco, DIIV) for the release of his self-titled Axxa/Abraxas debut album.

The record’s out Stateside on 4th March and it comes produced by Woods’ Jarvis Tarveniere. Lead track ‘I Almost Fell’ is a fairground ride through illuminating chords and the kind of organ sections you’d find while stumbling across an arcade on Blackpool beach. Together, it matches up to form something sharp-as-hell but rough around the edges.
