Listen: Bipolar Sunshine Shares ‘Trouble’ Track
Adio Marchant’s adventurous pop continues to spell anything but ‘Trouble’.

Adio Marchant’s new Bipolar Sunshine EP ‘Drowning Butterflies’ seems to be an exercise in how to build disparate ideas from the same adventurous pop template.
‘Love More, Worry Less’ - the EP’s lead track - used sombre beginnings to tell a dark, all-encompassing story, while the EP’s title-track spent more time worrying about bass grooves and funk-laden guitars. A complete flipside, then.
‘Trouble’ is a mix of the previous two songs, with Marchant taking a subtle storytelling course, backed by Hawaii-ready grooves and a summer paradise vibe.
The ‘Drowning Butterflies’ EP is out now.
