Listen: Christopher Owens Shares ‘It Comes Back To You’ From New Album
First material since last year’s ‘Lysandre’ is completely flute-free.
Announcing a follow-up to ‘Lysandre’ in the process, ex-Girls frontman Christopher Owens has returned with a surprise new track.
‘It Comes Back To You’ carries the same gospel-backed grandeur of previous material, flicking a switch and turning off *those flutes* of LP number 1.
‘It’s thrilling for me to finally be able to share this,’ says Owens on his Soundcloud. The track’s arriving a week before the musician’s live return, at Turnstile Music showcase in SXSW.
