Listen: Heathers Stream New Track, ‘I Don’t Wanna Be Adored’
LA trio with references stuffed up their sleeves have a new single out this September.

LA garage-poppers Heathers are still very new to the scene. The trio lure in a host of contemporaries - as a 2013 Neu write-up affirms - but there’s also a sense that they’re working in their own, clear-headed space.
‘I Don’t Wanna Be Adored’ makes the customary referential nods, appearing as a b-side on the band’s new ‘Teenage Clothes’ 7’ single on Death Party Records.
Straight down the line with a no-holds barred punk approach, it’s streaming below.
‘Teenage Clothes’ is limited to 300 copies, released on 16th September.
