Listen: Jessie Ware Previews Debut Album With ‘Sweet Talk’

Jessie Ware has added further shades to her already eclectic outlook with ‘Sweet Talk’, a take from her forthcoming full-length ‘Devotion’.

The song fuses old-school guitar sections and smooth vocals - someone’s thrown out a Sade comparison and it’s beginning to stick - alongside a luscious bed of electronics, 80s-style beats, it’s a case of opposites attracting. There are elements at play here which shouldn’t be seen within miles of each other, but they go hand in hand with absolute ease.
